Is there any difference between Cialis, Levitra and Viagra?

Cialis, Levitra and Viagra have the same mechanism of action resulting in a strong and durable erection. They all relax the long muscle allowing more blood to flow into the penis shaft. There are only differences in the duration of the effect and how long does it take for the drug to work. Levitra and Viagra take about 30 minutes to come into effect, but Levitra usually lasts for a bit longer (about 5 hours). Cialis works faster than both Viagra and Levitra, taking about 15 minutes and its effects last much longer, with 36 hours of action that are reported frequently.

If one of these ED treatments doesn't work for me, should I try another one?

if you haven't got any positive results from using one of these medicines, there are almost no chances that another one will work simply because they all have the same mechanism of action.

Are there any precautions I have to know What precautions should I know about before using Cialis or other ED drugs?

There are situations when using ED medications like Cialis is not quite safe. So inform your doctor if you have one of the following conditions before starting a course of Cialis:

• Allergic reaction to Cialis or any other ED medication
• Taking prescription, non prescription, herbal or street drugs
• Planing to undergo a surgical operation
• Taking nitrate containing drugs. Cialis, Levitra or Viagra will interact with these drugs resulting in life-threatening drop in blood pressure.
• Taking alpha-blockers for blood pressure or prostate issues. Cialis or Levitra will also interact with these substances resulting with a significant drop in blood pressure.

Who shouldn't take Cialis, Levitra or Viagra?

In case you have a history of a heart attack, stroke, irregular heartbeat or any other cardiac issue within the last 6 months you should consult with your doctor whether it's safe for you to take any ED medication. If you have chest pain when having sex you will most probably be restricted from taking Cialis, Viagra or Levitra.

Are there any side-effects with Cialis and other ED drugs?

Side-effects are very rare but can take place. These are the most common side-effects observed with patients using ED medications:

• Headache
• Stomach problems
• Flushing
• Nasal congestion
• Vision changes
• Back pain

In case you experience these symptoms for a longer period of time and they won't wear off contact your doctor as soon as possible.
